If you zoom in, will see below the celo player, the bicephalous eagle and the Coat of Arms of the heraldry of the House of Austria (Charles 1rts of Spain, 5th of Germany, of Austria or Habsburg). That means this is a royal asset. On the top of the fountain is seen a modification of the Coat of Arms of Mexican Flag (Wich is, according to the old Aztec legend, they would settle where they find an eagle devouring a snake, on the top of a nopal upon a body of ground surrounded by water of Texcoco's Lake), representing Mexican royalty, or as the eagle is crowned. it may say that the King of Spain was also King of Indias (is how they called his assets in the American Continent). The fountain was known as Fuente de la Tlaxpana, Fuente de la Mariscala or Fuente de los Músicos. To the right in front of the window today is Plaza de los Niños Heroes.
