    Given this is labeled as "Tracking with the 90", I have reason to believe that this is actually a photo of the 89th Coast Artillery Regiment, Antiaircraft, Military District of Washington, Eastern Defense Command. This unit trained with both the 40mm Bofors and the 90mm AA gun. This was an experiment in using women as defensive gunners. Reference: THE MILITARY HISTORY OF WASHINGTON IN THE WAR YEARS, 1942 – 1945, by William H. Cartwright, Jr.

    What a fun fact about women serving during WW2. The picture above though is definitely Camp Davis, as noted in the description WASP were sent there to tow targets for the men who were training - Camp Davis was an important antiaircraft training center during World War II.
