    Not enough detail to make much of a guess. My guess would, however, be Europe rather than Pacific. The Colonel, second from right, appears to be wearing a jacket, and the man on the far left also seems to have layered clothing; I would not expect that in the Pacific Theater. The man on the far right appears to be in the Air Corps. ??? Just guesses.
