    The Archiseek article includes floorplans of the building. "For such an architecturally important building, the Casino is deceptively small – only fifty feet square to the outer columns. Yet the interior contains three floors of accommodation. In plan it is a greek cross with each projecting elevation framed by a pair of columns." "The decoration is also functional – the urns contain chimneys while the outermost columns contain the down pipes from the gutters so as not to spoil the elevations."

    The cross is empty, which suggests protestant, though the church does look a bit fancy.

    The queen of England is German and head of the anglican church. It could be COE. I can't think of any church of this size in Ireland that wouldn't be gothic or RC, and I don't think RC churches would have german crosses in them, so I think we can rule out Ireland. I suspect Austria. Vienna's full of big shiny churches.
