This is quite clearly NC18103 which was delivered to United in July 1937 as a DST. I got nothing on that aircraft until it went to USAAF in 1942. I believe United called themselves the Mainliner at the time which would fit what we see on the fuselage. From where comes TWA and for that matter Consolidated? Stig
