Started life as a Curtiss P-36A Hawk s/n 38-10. Modified into the XP-40 (Model 75P) prototype; later stationed for testing @ NACA at Langley Field from 1939 to 1944.

This is a He162A-2 (see the MG151/20) The wings were taken from 120067 while the fuselage of 120067 was scrapped at Kassel. The tail maybe also from another plane. See LEMB www.luftwaffe-experten.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=6720
