What does the "Model 200" refer to? This is part of the F-106X project, Model 8-28/8-29. Can someone email me at mcgeepj2@hotmail.com for more detail so I can update (if necessary) my website www.f-106deltadart.com thanks.

"WASP" refers to the "Wrap-Around Surface Project" where configurations were tested at subsonic speeds with the objective of investigating the aerodynamic feasibility of using a bank-to-turn configuration for missiles incorporating wrap-around wing and tail surfaces. The relative effectiveness of curved versus planar surfaces was evaluated. This work was performed using the Convair / General Dynamics High Speed Tunnel (Convair HST) by Eddie F. Lucero (E.F. Lucero) of the Applied Physics Laboratory (APL) at The Johns Hopkins University (JHU) in 1975. The model and drawings photographed were used in these studies.
