    William James Moffett, photographer, is at #53 in both the 1901 and 1911 census.

    In 1901, there is a Samuel Wilson, Grocer, aged 68, but he is gone by 1911. So I think the date is 1900-1910.

    Is the man in uniform on the right a Peeler? I doesn't look like the usual RIC uniform of that time! Perhaps there was a local town Constabulary?

    From quick scan of the newspapers, I've concluded that the First Presbyterian Church was known as the Presbyterian Church until the Second Presbyterian Church was opened for public worship in March 1869 (and "the attendance at both morning and evening service was numerous and influential").
