taken from the top of the customs house, that is donegall quay turning left to coporation square in the middle distance. you can see the top of the harbour commissioners building as the road turns left. the curved building on the left is where royal mail is today

Taken between 1430 and 1600 in the afternoon. Beyond the Duke of Argyll which is on the Heysham berth is the MV Lion operated by Burns & Laird from Ardrossan to Belfast and it arrived at 1430 and departed again at 1600.
