I think this style was called a Chester. There was a double breasted, belted version with epaulettes called a Chesterfield. Both versions had patch pockets.

There's a Leica down nr the btm right!! Think my first camera must have come from Turner's, it was only a Kodak but early '60's we were mad about darkrooms and all that photo gear they sold!!
