Translation: Ghost on the "Zeedijk", 24th of June 1953. The story of the ghost on the "Zeedijk": In July 1753 a cruel sister-murder took place. The ghost of the murderess would return complaining/groaning every 100 years in the second half of the month of July. The name of a small side-alley of the Zeedijk, the "Spooksteeg" (lit: ghost alley), still reminds us of the story of the ghost appearances.
