    It seems to say "arcad" (presumably arcade) on the door, and also on the windows to the right if you get out the image processing software.

    beachcomber australia I'm not sure the window's the right shape for that. About the right number of clocks, though. I was just trawling the Queen's Arcade myself. Edit: On second thoughts (well, glance), I think you may be right. It seems to have the same clock over the door.

    The "Arcade" writing must actually be across the road, not over the door. Neill's is directly opposite the Queen's Arcade.
