From Wikipedia: The original Zetland Hall, fondly referred to as The Bungalow, was the second meeting hall of the Freemasons in Hong Kong. It was built in 1865 and destroyed by an American air raid in 1944, during the Japanese occupation of Hong Kong.[1] The building was located at the upper junction of Zetland Street and Ice House Street, where a Hong Kong Electric sub-station stands today. The building was designed by the Surveyor-General, Charles St George Cleverly, who also designed Government House. The building took its name from Zetland Lodge No. 525, the Masonic lodge that built it, and that was itself named for Thomas Dundas, 2nd Earl of Zetland, Grand Master of the United Grand Lodge of England from 1844 to 1870.[1] Zetland Lodge remained in use until the Second World War when it was severely damaged during an air raid.

This building is the first generation building of Hong Kong club. It was used until 1897 when HKC relocated next to the war memorial. The building later was sold to A.S. Watson & Company, which later rented it out to the short lived New Club, a short lived club for master mariners. This location then became where the Entertainment Building is now.

The sea where the boats were parked in this photo was reclaimer and later became what now known as the Connaught Road East. And the land on the middle left should be Tsim Sha Tsui, and the inlet at the front is Hung Hom bay, which was reclaimed later and became the Hong Kong and Whampoa Dock in early 1900s.The location is now known as where the Hung Hom MTR station, Hong Kong Polytechnic University and many other residential complexes are located.
