    My mum said that the contractor of the hospital was called Cecil Gee and that is why the hopsital is now commonly referred to as "G" Akua

    Agriculture in the motherland " a thing of beauty". Ghana formerly known as the "Gold Coast" before gaining it's independence and becoming a republic in 1957. Farming is something which is common placed in Ghana's surburbia, as well as mining. A recent discovery of oil wells which have helped Ghana's economy, has bode them well for the future.
