How did these guys get in there without hardhats? NASA always made photographers ( and most VIPs ) wear helmets in the VAB. There are barricades, but this group is not in the little pen that the bus tour groups used to be confined in.

I think I remember seeing a clipping from a Brevard County paper ( Titusville Star-Advocate ???) about this structure being moved to another location in order to preserve it, around the late-1960s.
