    Finland has an interesting WW II history. This must be during the so-called Contituation War (june-september 1941) when Finland together with Germany fought an offensive war against the Soviet-Union. Which why it is strange that houses are build for fugitives. 1944 would seem more logical as during the so-called Lapland War against the Germans a lot of people lost their houses.
