NOT museum staff. Total (all departments) full and part-time paid staff never exceeded 24 for the first 20 years: 1980-2000. (And 5-6 of those were employed in the store.) These folks were VIPs visiting the museum as a group, note their name tags, travel bags. Just posing for a group shot. Front row, center, in dark blazer and tie is Ed McKellar, Executive Director. Two men on far right were Museum President Bill Immenschuh (rear) and Master Modelbuilder Ray Crowell (front). His unusual presence would have me believe they were an international group of modelers who included the museum on their itinerary.

Man with mustache on the right is store manager Steve Molina who left the museum in 1990... so this was the 1989 or earlier staff Xmas party.
