Photo dates from post WW2 to early 50s and shows one of the eight Studebaker M29C Weasels that the NSW Tourist Bureau had. The M29C Water Weasel had buoyancy cells in the bow and stern as well as twin rudders. The amphibious parts were discarded during tourism operations.

Is this the same kind as the one at Reynolds Museum? This seems to indicate some form of mass production prior to Bombardier

I am not sure if this is the same as one at the Reynolds Museum. I'll have to take a look the next time that I'm there.
