  The location is the most south easterly part or corner of county Kilkenny, at the confluence of the rivers Suir and Barrow. I think the townland may be Belview, because the walled garden of Snowhill House, which is all that remains of the big house, overlooks the new Port of Waterford facility at Belview. Port operations in Waterford transferred completely to Belview in the past decade. The Powers being a strong Waterford family would always refer to any location along the Suir downstream from Waterford city, as being Waterford! Hence the address.
