    A larger scan might help, but I believe this is LT Delta C. "Del" Graham Jr., 82nd Tactical Reconnaissance Squadron, 71st TRG. Officially credited with one confirmed aerial victory. Aircraft is P-39Q serial 42-20393. Graham was KIA 1 March 1944.

    Here operated by Mira Slovak, he eventually sold it to John Stokes of San Marcos, TX, and the bird operated on the CAF show circuit for a number of years. It is bird is now on static display at Kalamazoo's "Air Zoo" aviation museum.
