    The Cliff Palace is the largest and one of the most famous in the Mesa Verde National Park. The Cliff Palace had 217 regular rooms and 23 kivas or the ceremonial rooms. It is a world heritage site.

    I wish somehow people could live cliff dwellings for a certain period of time to get the full effect of how it used to be for these people, I always thought these were so cool.

Four stories high, square tower house, was built about 800 years ago in a shallow cave of Navajo Canyon, 05/1972.
