This aircraft is ID as follows Me-262A-1a Swallow JF(2) Ger WWII with (fn) Fuselage Number Black KD+EA is very identifiable, but, the (wn) worke nummer is only faintly to be seen & NOT recognizable. Comments Me-262x-xx AC (Aircraft) of all types,of which there were over (1) variables do not give indication of the Weapons systems by their Type call out A-1a or standard Jet Fighter. White the standard was, as with this AC, which is visually apparent, to have (4) M-108 30mm Nose Cannon's. (two on this side are visble) The device to the left of the nose wheel is a Quick Shot or Battery Charger - power source used on the flight line.

Same aircraft as Me-262A-1a (after nose change) and marked as Red 13, then painted later on and marked as White 9, with no relation to origin. The worke nummer assiged to it after this change was 110559 History The A-1a U3 nose (Photo Recon Camera Nose) this Aircraft, formerly marked White 23 was place in storage in the US assuming it all but lost. The.Worke Nummer assigned to the original plane left with the nose. This AC set in an other wise vacant lot in California for an extend period This aircraft was, and is the same one otherwise marked.
