    Door spacing does not look like a WMATA car. There's a bulkhead at the end of the aisle suggesting an engine compartment instead of a cab or a door to the next train car. Divot down he middle of the floor looks like a bus.

    I've seen similar weights used to test an elevator after repair. They put the rated load into the elevator and make it do its thing.
