    The framed certificate reads "General Electric Flight Test, 1956-1962". This must be a farewell from GE party, as Elliot See was accepted as an astronaut by NASA in 1962. See was at one point "in line" to be part of the Gemini VIII crew (Armstrong and Scott) but was instead chosen as Command Pilot for Gemini IX. So Neil Armstrong was not his "backup" man.
