The Stewarts still claimed the throne of France (as seen in the British arms). I think George II was the last British monarch to do so. Also, if the date of 1704 is contemporary, I suppose the images of the parliament chambers would still represent the interior of Chichester House, rather than the present Bank of Ireland parliament building.
