Generalfeldmarschall Gottlieb Graf (Count) von Haesler, 1836 - 1919. Graf von Haesler served as a junior officer in the German wars of unification in the 1860s and 1870s. Which suggests this photo with reference to "General White" is between October 1900 and April 1903. Perhaps.
