  This is actually a development of the Gwinn Air Car, the Convair Model 111 (nick named the Pregnant Guppy)
  Aircraft was built in mid-1945 but testing did not start until spring 1946. Just like its predecessors it was no success and flew very little before its crank shaft broke and was abandoned.
  Stig
