Summer I would think, the few parasols are for the sun rather than the rain. Strong shadows - someone will be able to tell the date and time of day!

Wasn't there a law which prohibited selling of alcoholic beverages on Sundays other than to 'bona fide travellers'? There's an advertisement on the 2nd tram (centre-right) with 'Refreshments on Sundays. Bona fide travellers'
