Now this picture is something to behold you have the catpault, used to launch this E7K (Alf) Bi-P PFP(1), which is not on the Cat.... but super imposed ver it, in front and to be where it is, with out any over head lift cables attached would suggest, that is is otherwise suspended in space It will make a great picture after I re photoshop it and put the plane on the Cat where it belongs.

There has to be a great story behind this photo! Who’s the driver? What’s the ethnic origin of the family? How did they come to be at Bathurst in 1946?

How appropriate that you took this during the time of the master street photographers. 1970’s - 80’s. The distribution of elements is masterful !!!

The Kawanishi E7K1 carries the Kugisho MXY4 drone . Behind is the Mitsubishi F1M1 prototype. Leftmost you see the snout of the Yokosuka H5Y flying boat, partly covered by the sponson of a Kawanishi H6K.
