From Circa March 1942 to 1943 flew Civil Air Patrol Coastal Patrol missions CP Base 17, Suffolk, Long Island, NY. 30 May 1944 it was registered in Grand Rapids MI where it flew with the Civil Air Patrol 'Wolverine'. Registration cancelled 15 August 1944. This picture must have been taken in the early 40's as NC28514 was not built until 1940.
