I love this - these aerial shots make it well worth coming to these earlier pages in your photostream.

Hi, you've done a great job. I've just been reading a biography of Thomas Bewick and it made me want to check up on the Newcastle area. Your site's been very informative. I was in Bamburgh Castle probably more than 20 years ago. But my memories--which must be getting fuddled--were of it being by a beach! It's longer since I've been in Newcastle itself. Your pictures have inspired me to get back down there. Whenever my wife and drive through England it's via Cumbria. We must change that. We used to go down through Northumberland via Berwick. The Geordies are great people and very friendly. Thanks for your excellent site.
