May 20, 1976: Put into storage at the Military Aircraft Storage and Disposal Center (MASDC) Arizona. March 10, 1975. Grumman US-2C Tracker 133347 suffered an emergency landing on a foam covered runway when it had a landing gear malfunction. Naval Air Station Cubi Point, Republic of the Philippines. Perhaps this is why it is seen back in Continental USA after being returned to a Naval Aviation Rework Facility for major repairs before being shipped back across the Pacific.
