    This a/c is North American XP-82 Twin Mustang 44-83887 (2nd prototype) static ca. '45. Notice that the prototypes originally had opposing props that rotated upwards (looking towards the middle wing section), but this wound up cancelling all the lift generated by that section (25%) and made takeoff's difficult. So, later P-82s (most w/ Allison engines) rotated the other directions.
