Mrs. Russell's husband was Mayor of Guildford. See family tree at books.google.com/books?id=tNdLAQAAIAAJ&lpg=PA162 and following page. They are the couple at the top of the tree. The book that has the tree is a biography of their son, John, who was an artist. John Russell's dates were 1711-1804. Anne, nee Parvish, 1719-1775.
