The computer rack says, "Plessey Peripheral Systems" and might be what one article describes as their Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) PDP-11. The terminal at left of the rack on the table looks like a terminal used with DEC PDP-11 systems. The printer at far right is either a Printronix P300 (if 300 lines per minute) pr P-600.

Most likely 72-1570, the second of the two YF-17 prototypes (S/Ns 72-1569 & 1570) used for the USAF Lightweight Fighter flyoff between the YF-16 & YF-17. Marketed to the U.S. Navy after its loss to the YF-16 in almost exactly the same camouflage pattern & colors, this was flown by the RCAF as the F-18L demonstrator and led to Canada's selection of the F/A-18 in 1980. www.flickr.com/photos/52810288@N05/8282387285/in/photolis...
