    Info from Joe Baughers website. 44-13571, W-X, P-51D (MSN 109-27024) (354th FS, 355th FG, 8th AF, "Jolly Roger") ditched in English Channel Feb 10, 1945. Pilot killed, aircraft lost. There is also a report that this plane was converted to Cavalier Mustang Mk 2 and reserialled 68-15796.
