North American NA-145 Navion A, registration NC91106 (later N91106) (c/n NAV-4-8), flying over Collins Island in Biscayne Bay, Miami. N91106 would crash near Waskom, Texas, with the loss of all four souls aboard on May 15, 1965. See: aviation-safety.net/wikibase/wiki.php?id=10516 Collins Island is an "island" no more. It is is now the location of Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami. Mount Sinai Hospital was built on the island in the late 1950s.
