    I have been corrected by a German friend of mine. (Thanks Joerg!) I have relied on too old information. No H-21s were built in Germany. Weser "built" ones were assembled from knocked down parts (WG 1 to WG 26), while Dornier assembled the rest (WG 27 to WG 32) The photo above was taken at Philadelphia IAP in May 1960 before it was taken apart and sent by boat to Germany. Unfortunately we still don't know most of the original Vertol c/n for the German ones. I have located that c/n 478 should correspond with WG 32 but that's it I'm afraid. Sorry about by mistake Stig
