I'd say around the same time ... and am still investigating. Ihave no idea where at this point but possibly looking down to Darling Harbour??? -

Sounds like a challenge to me :) There's a gas street light part way down the street which I assume could help to date it (presumably late 1800's). From the shadow and the lack of development on the land in the background, which is apparently across the harbour, I'm guessing that its looking north. Also seems to be a ferry terminal or something similar opposite the end of the street.
