    USAAF Ser. no. 43-15384 (c/n 19850) was actually a Douglas C-47A (C-47A-80-DL). This aircraft would be lost on January 22, 1945, approximately 50-miles from Luliang, China. All four crew bailed out of the aircraft, with three being rescued and one never seen again. See: aviation-safety.net/database/record.php?id=19450122-6

    The Floridian Hotel, Miami Beach. Built in 1924, it would later become the Hotel Biscaya (or The Biscaya Hotel) (1959), before being demolished in 1987.
