Dear Sir,
This fountain (sabil) is not Sultan Ahmet III. It is The Fountain (Sabil) of Saliha Sultan in Azapkapi.
I uploaded now a photograph The Fountain of Saliha Sultan to my stream.
And this one is Fountain of Sultan Ahmet III.
I am sorry for night photographs. If needed, I have daily one. -

Commissariat is spelt incorrectly, it has two m's.

I recognise from other comments here that some of the spellings are using archaic forms and are taken from the original descriptions - but it raises an interesting debate about accessibility. If people want to find the material, here or in any archive, are they going to be able to do so if archaic or incorrect spellings were used and the modern equivalent is not also provided for search / reference purposes?

Ah. This one is an error. That is Beato's spelling but my intention was that image titles and tags would use modern spelling to help with searching. Oh well. Easily fixed.
