    This is actually Lockheed Model 12A Electra Junior, NC18130 (c/n 1226). The aircraft is still extant and flying. Here is an extensive history of this particular airplane from delivery to FC Hall in 1937 to present: www.airborneattitude.com/pdfs/1226_complete.pdf The aircraft, originally delivered as NC18130, was registered here as R18130 (NR18130) for use by test pilot and air racer Milo Burcham in the 1937 Bendix Trophy race, in which Burcham and "Villa" would finish fifth.
