According to Dúchas the lion had already been removed at that stage (1930s), though the bridge was still referred to as the Lion Bridge.

Here's the view if going across the bridge.
The OSI 25" features the bridge, whereas it still has a plaque (streetview) on it calling it the Lion Arch Bridge.
