Um Ljósmyndasafn Reykjavíkur Ljósmyndasafn Reykjavíkur er eina sjálfstætt starfandi ljósmyndasafnið á landinu. Markmið safnsins að er skapa sér sérstöðu og vera leiðandi á sínu sviði. Safnið varðveitir ýmis myndasöfn frá atvinnu- og áhugaljósmyndurum. Um er að ræða 5-6 milljón ljósmynda frá tímabilinu um 1880 til 2000.

Mér finnst konan sem er vinstra megin á myndinni vera mjög lík frú Láru Margréti Bjarnadóttur Fædd á Hvanneyri í Siglufirði 10. júní 1893- Látin 24. janúar 1969 Var í Reykjavík 1910. Húsfreyja á Seyðisfirði 1930. Gift Gísla Lárussyni (bróður Inga T. Lárussonar tónskálds.)
